Instant Paneer Achari with Maggie Bhuna Masala

After my favourite Meri Maggie now I have the Maggie Bhuna Masala as my favourite Nestle product .

The Maggie Bhuna Masala is nothing but a blessing for the working class, I am not going to say women cause I know men who work and like to cook as well.
So here is my take with the Maggie Bhuna Masala-Gravy. The Instant Paneer Achari with Maggie Bhuna Masala.

  • Paneer: 200 gms. I prefer Mother Dairy's Paneer  or Govardhan Paneer. Both are fresh and the texture is perfect for this dish.
  • Maggie Bhuna Masala : 1 Pack-Gravy Flavour
  • Onion: 1 finely chopped
  • Tomato Ketchup: 1 table spoon
  • Powdered Spices
    • Chilli Powder: according to taste or on how spicy you can handle but preferable 1 1/2 tea spoon
    • Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tea spoon
  • Salt to Taste
  • Sugar to (balance) Taste
  • Lots of Coriander
